OPCEA - New Member Registration Form

Ontario Pollution Control Equipment Association (OPCEA) membership shall consist of Ontario firms or firms with representation in Ontario.   Please note that the Ontario representative must be an OPCEA member.

New Member Initiation Fee is $200.00 + Yearly Fee $450 = $650 + $84.50 HST = $734.50
