REGISTRATION: 10:30 AM – 12 noon at the OPCEA desk located at the Main Entrance doors.
BBQ LUNCH: Available from 11:00 AM
TEE-OFF: 1:00 PM for the 18 hole Shot Gun Event
HOLE SPONSORSHIP:
This will maximize your company’s exposure at the tournament to all participants. We will proudly display your Company’s name on one of the 18 holes.
To be a Hole Sponsor, cost will be $200.00 plus a prize with a $50.00 minimum value.
Please drop off your prize at the registration table upon arrival, no later than 12:00pm.
Any member company not registering a team but would like to sponsor a hole can do so by emailing the golf coordinator (Gary Fricke - gary@fwscanada.ca) to make the appropriate arrangements. Please Note, the sponsorship prize with minimum $50 value must be delivered to Gary Fricke or an active OPCEA Director minimum one (1) week prior to the Golf Tournament date.
REGISTRATION: $250/person. This includes: - Complimentary driving range balls. - Barbeque lunch ticket (lunch will be available from 11 AM). - One adult beverage ticket - 18 holes of golf (4 person Scramble) with shared cart - A Gourmet Buffet including Flank steak/Herb chicken/Atlantic Salmon dinner, will be served at 6:00 PM
